The Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology Network are organising an experiential weekend at Buckland Hall, Bwlch, in the Brecon Beacons on 8th-10th March, 2013. This event is a continuation of the annual residential weekend run to provide an experiential aspect to the MSc Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology degree at Liverpool John Moores University.

The MSc course recently closed and is no longer run by the university. However, those of us who were blessed to have studied on the course and experience the residential weekends in previous years have decided to continue the tradition.

The event has an unusual structure in that there is no fixed programme of sessions that we advertise. Rather, attendees sign up and volunteer to run sessions. A schedule is drawn up just prior to the event. There is no obligation to run a session but it is encouraged if one is able to. We co-create the experience :-)

There is no real limit on the content of sessions but it is understood that they will be related in some way to the subject of the MSc course; that is, to Consciousness Studies or Transpersonal Psychology. Previous weekends have included sessions with Kabbalah meditations, Sikh Symran meditations, Depth Psychology activities, Reflexology, Zen Buddhism ceremonies, Yoga sessions, Chi Gung exercises, Guided Visualisations, and so on.

We hope to attract others with an interest in co-creating and experiencing our wonderful weekend.

The venue is Buckland Hall, an exquisite mansion in the peaceful and idyllic setting of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales. All meals and refreshments are provided. The food is vegetarian and always noted as being excellent. The weekend begins Friday 8th March at 5pm and ends Sunday 10th at 4pm.

The cost of the weekend is £208.80 per person, sharing a twin room with en-suite bathroom. It is possible to have a room to yourself at an extra cost of £51.60.
